It’s an excellent product. Well

"It’s an excellent product. Well designed and quality build. My only issue is due to my sensitive hearing. I hear a soft, low frequency hum. On the low setting it pulses about every second. On the medium setting it pulses faster. On high it is constant. I didn’t hear it at first but after a couple weeks I noticed it. Customer service sent a replacement but the new one has the same sound. I’m guessing that most people will not hear it. Thanks to customer service for talking with me and offering a prompt solution."

Very Good Product but has a flaw

"I absolutely love the heat this unit has. 3 different heat settings and it keeps my feet and legs warm in a very cold corner. I work in this corner for 8 hours+ a day and unit keeps me warm all day in 4-hour internals. Flaws: This is a small flaw but a true annoyance. The braces on this unit "corner braces" do not hold the unit in place very well. The unit always stays upright but the wings move and I have to move them back into place every 20 mins or so. Not a huge issue but something for the engineers to take back as feedback for version 2. 0. I think if they added a secondary set of corner braces for the top it may hold the wings in OR make the corner braces tighter."

"The heater is average, I don't think its anywhere near as warm as claimed though. My heater arrived without feet, I contacted customer service and they got them shipped out right away. But they picked the slowest shipping possible. . . seems they should have overnighted them since this was on them."

"I’m so happy with my Whisper Heat purchase! I got it for my sister who works from home and has a toddler and a baby crawling around. She used to use a typical space heater very sparingly for fear one of the kids would get too close and burn themselves, or put a finger/item into the heat fan… but now she is warm and at ease using the Whisper Heat instead! She uses the timer often plus it has a tip over-turn off feature! A great WFH and family solution."

Nice product & great customer service

"Bought this heater in December 2024 and really liked the product. In January of 2026 the unit would not heat and any of the lights for the heat levels would just blink. I sent the company an email asking for advice on what to do and within 24 hours they responded back that the unit was under the warranty grace period and they would send me out a new one. Sure enough within a week I had a brand new heater which they called version 2. I like this one even better than the first unit. I also can't say enough about the great customer service. Here's hoping the second unit lasts a bit longer."
