How does Whisper Heat work?
Simply plug it in, choose your preferred heat level, and enjoy gentle warmth within minutes. The panel evenly distributes heat across its surface, keeping your feet and legs comfortable without overheating your space.
Is Whisper Heat safe to use all day?
Yes! Whisper Heat features built-in safety measures, including an auto-shutoff timer (4 or 8 hours), and is certified by UL. It’s made from flame-retardant materials and stays safe to the touch around the edges.
Can I use it on carpet or rugs?
Yes, Whisper Heat can be used on most flat surfaces, including low-pile carpets and rugs. Just make sure the area underneath is clean and free of obstructions for best heat circulation.
Does Whisper Heat make noise?
Nope. It’s completely silent! No fans, no blowing air. Just quiet, consistent warmth while you focus or relax.
How warm does it get?
There are three heat settings. Low, Medium, and High. This way you can find your perfect level of comfort. Most users love keeping it on Medium for steady, cozy warmth throughout the day.
How big is it? Will it fit under my desk?
Yes! Whisper Heat is slim and compact, designed to fit under most desks or tables without taking up leg space. It folds flat when not in use for easy storage. Measurements (Fully Open): 21"L X 14.5"W X 20.5"H.
Can I use it anywhere besides my desk?
Absolutely. Many customers use Whisper Heat under kitchen tables, craft areas, or reading nooks. Great for anywhere you need a little extra warmth.
How do I clean Whisper Heat?
Simply unplug the unit and wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or submerging it in water.
Does it cost a lot to run? What is the wattage?
Not at all! Whisper Heat uses very little electricity, 3X less than a traditional 1000 watt space heater. Using only 320 watts, this makes it an energy-efficient way to stay warm and save on heating bills.
What is the warranty?
Every Whisper Heat comes standard with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. You can register your product online to activate your Extended 2-Year Limited Warranty.
Can I leave Whisper Heat on overnight?
We recommend using the built-in auto shutoff timer (4 or 8 hours) for safety and peace of mind. While the product is safe, it’s best practice to turn it off when unattended for long periods.
Is the product certified?
Yes, Whisper Heat is UL-1278 compliant, meeting strict North American safety standards for personal heating products. Each unit is tested for electrical safety, temperature control, and durability so that you can enjoy cozy warmth with complete peace of mind at home or in the office.
